We hustled like whoa to get to Webster Hall at a decent hour after the Famous Friends party this past Friday because it was a Dim Mak takeover, which usually means three things: Steve Aoki, vodka and Steve Aoki pouring vodka down questionably of-age girls’ mouths. And while all three of these things happened, the party itself was way radder than that mere fact. It was a retarded starfuck-worthy night (if you look at the Twitter feeds of any of NYC’s marquee DJs/producers/partiers, you’ll see what we mean) and watching Steve Aoki drop tracks like Nirvana and Rage Against The Machine alongside some of the best blog house tracks of the last few years was pretty much as it should have been: epic.
