Live: Exit 44 Festival next weekend in Queens

Yes, the only proper place for a Zamundan prince to find his mate, Queens, will get the indie pop invasion next weekend and the borough-to-borough competition will be crazy crazy crazy, as Brooklyn sees the first-ever Northside Festival as well. The Exit 44 Festival, taking place from 3pm – 2am on June 13 features the twee-est/indie pop-est line-up we can think of, with upstarts like My Teenage Stride and The Shondes joining headliners Project Jenny, Project Jan and Tigercity, among many others, making for what could be a pretty rad, sweatered time at Wonderland, a venue that was once a guitar-string
factory located a brisk 15 minutes from midtown Manhattan. Entry for the all-day event is $10 on Brown Paper Tickets or $13
at the door.
