Download: Ren Riz – “Swamp”

Melbourne producer Ren Riz spent the bulk of the first decade of the 2000s doing a bunch of skill-honing in the realm of early electro and hip hop beats, but turned his attention to the electro world of today in 2008, setting sights on ripping up and starting again. He's taken on and completed edits of tracks from the likes of Little Boots, N.A.S.A., Ladyhawke, Visitor and more along with his own productions, like this one, called "Swamp". The track here crunches along the disco house highway with instrumental licks and hooks aplenty, leaving frowns turned up and muscles pulsing. He's currently working on his first EP for release, and he's unsigned, but that'll soon change we think.
