The first in an eight-part redefining of Bjork’s unbelievably good latest record, “Biophilia”, comes to us from Current Value, who takes on the Icelandic ice queen’s album lead single and makes a half-step, grinding, somewhat-jungle-bass-line’d edit, taking only the shell of the former song and marrying it to an entirely new point of view. It’s blistering, and brilliant.
