My Top 5 Miami Music Week Highlights: Tittsworth

In case you were living under a rock this past week, you’d know that Winter Music Conference/Miami Music Week/Ultra Music Festival just wrapped up, transforming Miami into the Mecca for EDM fans the world over. Mostly young raver kids though with no sense of real nostalgia, only false nostalgia. Silver lining, though, is that a ton of our favorite people in the whole world were there DJing, playing, and partying it up the whole week, so we asked some of them to come up with their Top 5 Highlights.

Last up, Tittsworth a/k/a Yung I’ll-Eat-Anything, one of the best and most all-around amazing people on both faces of this green Earth. An enigmatic force in any club, an all-smiles, all-heart person of interest, and one of those people you’re just lucky enough to be around every once in a while. Big up DC, big up U Street Music Hall, big up life.

Top 5, lucky to be alive.

5. Poppin’ Willy Joy’s cherry on duck hearts, pig ears and these lovely salt & herb incrusted chicken necks @ Sugar Cane. Yeah we in yo fancy ass Miami restaurant with shorter shorts and longer checks.

4. Taxidermy deer ass at Bayside Market near HARD Festival! Wait, strike this one cuz I didn’t buy it :(

4. For my DC, MURLAN, and VA fam that repped so hard (shout out Steve Starks for swim trunks of the year). Flag flying high for moombahton, bammas!

2. Convincing Curt of Flosstradamus that our Mezcal cocktails had bull semen in them. He was down (only figuratively).

1. Nadastrom @ Windish showcase. My kinfolk got DEEP and totally got away with it to say the least. My favorite set of the week to dance to. PS: SABO.
