Stream: AC & Dell - “Right Now (The Remixes)”
August saw the release of the first iteration of “Right Now” from the kids Dell and AC (Slater, of Trouble & Bass), and now the pair have unveiled an EP of remixes of the song set for sale next week, with the likes of London’s Roska, star-to-be Lunice and two lesser-knowns: Clicks & Whistles and Atlanta’s Talk. You can stream the whole effort right now—its eighteen minutes of funky fun are totally necessary—and make sure you buy the whole effort next week.

Web: Get Neon Hitch’s “Bad Dog” EP of remixes now
Dirty pop tart Neon Hitch just yesterday dropped a trio of remixes for her album cut “Bad Dog”, and for $3.99 it’s a pretty great look at versions of the pop song re-imagined from the Benny Blanco-produced original. We’ve spent a long time following this young girl’s career since nearly the beginning, so this is just another pretty-welcomed step in the right direction.

Stream: Mayer Hawthorne - “When The Night Falls (Chromeo cover)”
Slinky soul gets a little slinkier here, as the only cover version of Chromeo’s “When The Night Falls” from their EP of remixes of the track (Hercules & Love Affair, Breakbot, Lifelike) comes from Stones Throw aficionado Mayer Hawthorne, who takes the song into 1970’s AM radio territory. It’s totally crushworthy and easily reinvigorates the listener to go back and re-listen to Business Casual and also (probably) pick up the new EP too. You should do both, right away.
